So far I have not been very consistant with this journal. My last entry was nearly three years ago! Ha. I guess I have been too busy living to write about it. I have been transitioning to portraits. I just did an impropmtu session with my god-daughter and her new baby boy. It was challenging to find enough light. I had to rely on ambient light from the window bounced back with my portable reflectors. I would have loved to have a whole lighting kit with me but I was 1000 miles away and hadn't planned on anything formal. I am very pleased with how they turned out though. It was fun playing with the color saturation to achieve different effects. My god-daughter is stuning so she looks great in any picture. But, I think I am getting better at capturing the feeling I want.
